What does My Work Apparel do?

We work with you to provide quality work apparel regardless of the size of your company.

There is no minimum order quantity, so this is perfect for a small startup. But we also do work with large chains. Whatever the size of your company, we can help!

You just need to reach out to us at info@myworkapparel.com and we will work with you to create and streamline the process of ordering ongoing apparel for your changing needs.

There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ), but can you handle large orders as well?

We can handle orders for both large and small companies. We are able to work with chain stores and small 1 or 2 person shops with success. Our goal is to design the right attire for your company, regardless of the company size!

How do I get setup to order with my logo?

Enter your contact information under the heading of "Not a Customer Yet?" We will get back to you as quickly as we can and help you design with your logo and needs in mind.

Don't have a logo, we can help with that as well! Just let us know and we can discuss options with you.

Is there an initial setup charge or a monthly fee to be a customer?

Our initial set up is free of charge to ensure that you are happy with what you are getting!

We do not charge any fee to be a customer. We make your apparel for you when you order. Whether it is one item or hundreds. It is as simple as that!

Do I get to approve the design before I submit my order?

Absolutely! Once you have selected the base garment and we have your logo, we will send you a mockup for your approval. Samples are addressed in the next section. Even with a mockup, we strongly recommend samples.

Should I order samples first before I put in a larger order?

We strongly recommend that you order samples before placing a larger order. This allows you to see your design and ensure that the placement of the logo and quality of the garment meets your needs.

After my first order, can I just log in and order again?

Absolutely! But if you want something changed or need help with something, we are just an email away at info@myworkapparel.com

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes we do. Depending on the order size we can work with you to offer a discount. Email us at info@myworkapparel.com

Can I add or remove products from my catalog?

Absolutely. If you are looking for something different or want to remove something from your catalogue, email us at info@myworkapparel.com and we will help you with that.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Your order will be initiated within 24 hours. Time to shipment is a variable depending on the size of the order. You will be notified by email when the order is placed. You will also be notified when your order is shipped. This email will include a tracking number. Typically small to mid size orders and shipped within a week.

Can I return items?

Typically no. Since we work in customized apparel, we cannot accept returns. That being said, if there is a problem with your order, get in touch with us and let us know what the issue is. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Do you only work with businesses?

No. Any organization that would like customized apparel can work with us. We can work with anyone from schools, fundraising organizations, churches, family reunions, etc.
